  On Thursday August 31st I was at work where I got hit in the teeth by a pipe. It knocked out a post and crown and loosened a bridge. I contacted Aspen Dental and made an appointment for 9:30 am Wednesday Sept. 6th. I was told to arrive 15 min early to fill out paperwork. So I arrived at 9:15 filled out my paperwork and waited. Waited till 10:30 when I was finally called in for Xrays and brought into the exam chair where I waited another 20 min. before a dentist arrived and charted my mouth which took about 10 minutes. Then,... The dentist left the exam room presumably to attend to another patient. And there I sat for at least another hour until they remembered I was there. About 10 min. later Precious Smith, the office manager, comes to discuss the financials with me. I walked out of the office at 12:15 pm. A full 3 hours later. I didn't have the correct insurance information with me so I called the next day with my insurance info. Precious informed me she'd call Aflac and get back to me. She never did. Two days later I called to discuss the "Workers Comp" aspect and asked what they would need from my employer and I was told by Precious Smith, the Assistant Office Manager that, "We don't deal with work related issues." So,... I guess I'm supposed to just go "F" myself. I was not impressed. I have since contacted another dentist. Please end all contact. Thank you
